Information we collect

We collect information you provide through capital mandate, opportunity and access request forms, including contact details, organization information, professional requirements and the content of your submission.

How information is used

Information is used to review requests, structure internal records, assess potential alignment, communicate with you, protect the service and maintain appropriate business records.

Disclosure

Submitting information does not authorize its disclosure to another participant. Potential sharing or an introduction remains subject to further review and, where appropriate, confirmation.

Retention and security

We retain information only while there is a documented business, contractual, security or legal reason to do so. Our standard retention approach is: 24 months for submissions that do not progress; seven years after the last activity or relationship end for relationship, introduction, consent, compliance and audit records; and ten years for executed agreements and records reasonably required for legal claims, subject to documented legal holds and applicable law.

Retention periods may be shortened where information is no longer required, or extended where necessary to preserve evidence, respond to a dispute, comply with law or protect the rights and safety of participants. At the end of the applicable period, records are deleted, anonymized or securely archived with restricted access. Information is protected using reasonable technical and organizational measures. No internet service can promise absolute security.
